Her journey began when she discovered the transformative effects of these practices in her own life during the pandemic. While Kat was always interested in art and healing, the pandemic gave her an opportunity to do a deep dive within. She used art as a meditative healing tool for herself while studying different ways of creating and expressing her feelings. Now, Kat is committed to sharing these tools with others so they can experience the same benefits.
