All with the assistance of live drum to move you into a relaxed and receptive state to receive your messages.

There will also be an opening and closing of the sacred space and smudging.

Paper and a pen/pencil to record your experience

Sandra follows in the footsteps of their Chumash matriarchal line of healers and medicine women. They are initiated in contemporary Shamanic practices by the foundation for Shamanic Studies, as well as in Sea, Wind and Celtic Shamanic practices. They also receive ongoing instruction and guidance from their spirit guides and ancestral spirits through Shamanic Journey in the spirit realms.
