This gathering of women is an introduction to the art of playing the frame drum, a traditional instrument used in many cultures around the world. This circle is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to play this beautiful instrument and connect to the Ancient Spiritual Authority of our foremothers. Special emphasis will be placed on inducing a trance state through rhythm, toning, and movement- giving the practitioner access to divine, natural healing states and bursts of insight associated with Intuition.

    •    please note you will need an open-backed, hand played frame drum. A few frame drums will be available to borrow at each event, but have fun looking for one of your very own- as a personal relationship grows between you and your drums over time
