The Lucia Light No.3
Experience profound relaxation and expanded consciousness with the Lucia N°03 at Serenity Cove. This cutting-edge device allows you to achieve a deep meditative state quickly and effortlessly. By utilizing light, the Lucia N°03 induces harmonic brain wave patterns typically associated with experienced meditators. It facilitates access to the Theta state and high Alpha patterns, promoting joy, intuition, creativity, and heightened concentration.
During your initial journey with the Lucia N°03 Light, you can expect a session lasting approximately one hour, including around 40 minutes of light exposure. While each light guide may have a slightly different approach, the following is a typical format for a light session. For an enhanced experience, you have the option to complement your session with a serving of Ceremonial Cacao or Blue Lotus Tea.
Step 1 - Tune in:
The Lucia N°03 light guide will introduce you to the experience.
They will offer a selection of music and begin with brief breathwork and a two-minute demonstration session.
After this initial phase, the light guide will check in with you to determine whether you prefer a more intense session, repeat the same intensity, or proceed to a longer session.
Step 2 - Let go:
During the longer session, the primary intention is to let go. Release any fears, expectations, or thoughts, and allow the light to permeate your being.
Each session is entirely unique, so trust that you will receive precisely what you need in that moment.
Step 3 - Welcome forward:
After the light is turned off, take your time to return gradually. Notice any changes in perception, body sensations, mental clarity, and more.
Share your experience with the light guide and feel free to ask any questions. Remember, the light you see or experience is a unique creation of your own!
We recommend dedicating at least 20 minutes to simply being present before engaging with your phone or driving. Meditating or journaling can be beneficial during this time.
It is advisable to hydrate yourself with plenty of water, as energy has moved through your system.
To further enhance your light travel, you have the option to add on Ceremonial Cacao or Blue Lotus Tea as described below. This can be arranged when scheduling your appointment.
It all started when…
Dr. Dirk Proeckl is a neurologist and psychologist with his own medical practice in Wörgl, Tyrol, Austria. He focuses on the interaction between the psyche and the nervous system and has studied psychosomatic rehabilitation of migraines, the distribution of neurotransmitters within the central nervous system, and the epileptic potentials in the electroencephalogram. He works with Lucia N°03 in his own practice, monitoring the nervous system before and after Lucia light sessions. He recommends that clients have at least 5 Lucia sessions to help reprogram their nervous system.
Dr. Engelbert Winkler is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and legal consultant for children and youth with his own practice in Wörgl, Tirol, Austria. He studied philosophy, pediatrics and psychology in Innsbruck, and completed further studies in existential analysis, hypnotherapy and other disciplines. In 1994 he founded a family counseling institute named Kooperative Familienberatung and is particularly interested in the neuronal basis and effects of Near Death Experience as well as the development of new uses of the Hypnagogic Light Experience.
At the age of 7, Dr Winkler had a transformative near death experience (NDE). This led him to extensively research NDE phenomena analyzing the principals of shamanic, meditative, and esoteric traditions. Inspired by his research, he worked with Dr. Proekl to create this technology, the Lucia N3, to assist in awakening the consciousness of humanity.
In recent years the doctors have been collaborating on the topic of optimizing their methods within the Hypnagogic Light Experience with the Lucia N°03 and expanding their knowledge of resulting neurophysiological and psychological processes (including the implications for understanding synesthesia).
